This article explains the Launch Status "Awaiting Validation".
When the Launch Status shows "Awaiting Validation," it means our system is currently verifying the validity of each email address. This process typically takes 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the participant email list uploaded.
Once validation is complete, your launch status will change to "Launch Ready" and will be displayed in green.
If the email list fails, it means there are issues with the email addresses that were uploaded. Please evaluate your list for any issues with email formatting.
