Connect with Campus IT to Prevent Spam

This document explains how to review and acknowledge reading of the Connect with Campus IT to Prevent Spam Page.

The Connect with Campus IT to Prevent Spam page details important information about the successful delivery of emails from the Benchworks system. We recommend this information be sent to your IT department. Survey administrators must check the consent box on this page for the survey to be launched. 


From the Manage Survey tab, click Connect with Campus IT to Prevent Spam.

You must acknowledge reading of this page by clicking the I've reviewed the email deliverability information button. This is required before the survey will launch. Please provide this information to your IT Staff to ensure our email is delivered to your server. 

We now require SPF records to be added to your email server. This will help ensure that our emails are delivered.  The SPF record should include the text: "v=spf1 ip4:54.240.121.247 ip4:54.240.121.248".  If you have a flattening or third party vendor for SPF, please let us know as that prevents us from "seeing" the SPF record listed. We will add an exception to your record.

Once SPF has been implemented, use the Send Test Email box to check that the invitation test is successfully delivered.
