How to Request Customization of Assessments

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to easily request minor customizations for your national benchmarking assessment.

If you require more than 20 customizations, you will need to purchase a custom assessment at an additional cost. To request customization, please reach out to our support team.

Guidelines for submitting customization requests

  • To show your proposed edits, utilize the Review > Track Changes feature in the Word document provided by our support staff. This feature allows you to highlight any changes or modifications you would like to make.
  • To submit your customized edits, simply reply to the email sent by our support team with the Word document containing your changes. Don't forget to attach the document so our staff can review it.
  • Once we receive your edits, we will promptly notify you if any of your requested changes cannot be accommodated.
  • In order for us to ensure timely completion of your customization requests, we kindly ask for a lead time of at least two weeks before your anticipated survey launch date. If your timeframe is shorter, please inform us so we can prioritize your request. However, please note that requests made with less than two weeks notice may not be guaranteed to be accommodated.
  • It is important for institutions to review any edits before the survey launch date to ensure the accuracy of all changes. The responsibility lies with the institution to verify the correctness of the edits.
