How to Send an Additional Reminder Email

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to send a real-time reminder email to all participants or specific groups of participants while a survey is in progress.

To send an additional reminder, go to the Manage Survey tab and click on the option "Send an Additional Reminder" located under the Features heading.

 


Select a participant group from the dropdown menu labeled "To:", complete the email form, and then click on the Preview button to review your message.

 

Review your email for any errors or mistakes. If you want to keep a copy of the email, enter your email address in the designated box. Choose from the options to save, edit, or send the email. It's important to note that once you click "Send Email Now," the email will be sent immediately.

 


 

After sending the email, you will be taken back to the setup task list.
