How to Reset an Order for an Additional Launch

This article explains how to reset your order for an additional launch within the same academic year.

Overview

For instance, if you have already conducted a survey for your fall graduates and the survey has ended, you have the option to click on "Reset Order for Additional Launch" to complete the necessary setup tasks for the new graduates and launch the survey again. By doing so, the newly collected data will be added to your existing data from the fall graduates. You can then use the reporting feature to filter the data by date and view the two groups separately.

From the Manage Survey tab, click Reset Order for Additional Launch.

 

After clicking on "Reset Order for Additional Launch," the status of the survey will change to "Not Ready." You will then have the option to upload a new participant list, make any necessary changes to your invites and reminders, and set new dates to launch the survey to a new group of students. The data collected from this new launch will be added to the previously collected data.

 



Previously, when you clicked on "Reset for Additional Launch," you were unable to download the list of previous survey respondents. However, now you have the ability to download this list by simply clicking on the “View Previous Respondents” link located at the bottom right of the page under the “View” heading.
