How to Place Individual Student Affairs Suite (SAAS) Orders

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to order included individual assessments after the main Student Affairs Assessment Suite (SAAS) order has been placed.

Overview


The Student Affairs Assessment Suite (SAAS) offers a wide range of assessments to choose from and is available for purchase for an entire academic year. By purchasing the suite, your institution gains the flexibility to use as many included assessments at no extra cost. After placing the main SAAS order, each assessment must be ordered separately by the institution. 

Placing individual assessment orders 

Individuals/departments must first log into their account

 

 

Once you have logged in, click on the Place an Order button.

 

 

You will be directed to the Product Selection screen where you can choose the assessment that you would like to order. Choose each assessment by clicking on the blue Order link next to the name of the assessment. If you do not see all the assessments included in the suite, please contact support. A  list of all included assessments can be found at the bottom of this article.


 

Complete each step on the ordering page. All items are included in suite orders at no additional charge, including the Additional Survey Options in Step 3. 



Specify the number of participants who will be taking the survey and indicate if you would like to order any unit analysis (if applicable).


Once you have finished selecting your options, simply click on the "Save & Add to Cart" button. This will take you back to the Product Selection page where you have the option to add more SAAS surveys if desired.

 

 

Once you have added the order(s) to your cart, you may notice that a monetary value is still assigned. However, there is no need to worry. On the finalized order screen, the amount owed for the assessments will be zeroed out due to the main SAAS order.


If you are a member institution, please indicate by checking the appropriate box (only for Housing assessments). If you need to make any changes to your order, you can do so by clicking on the blue Modify link.

 


After placing your order(s), you will be able to find them under the Manage Orders section in your account. From there, you can begin the survey setup process right away.
