This article explains how to Modify Launch and End Dates.
Overview
The Launch Date is when the survey links become active and are sent to the list of participants. The survey's launch date is initially set three weeks from the order date, but it can be adjusted if needed. The End Date marks the final day that the survey will be available. The End Date is initially set three weeks from the launch date, but it can be adjusted if needed.
From the Manage Survey tab, click Modify Launch and End Dates.
You also have the option to modify the launch and end dates by simply clicking on the red date links located on the left side of the Manage Survey page.
To modify the date(s) for your survey, simply click on the calendar icons. If you encounter any issues while trying to change the dates, we suggest using an alternative browser like Firefox or Chrome.
The Launch Date will be automatically locked and cannot be changed 5 days before the survey is scheduled to launch. You can continue working on the remaining set up tasks. If you need to change the Launch Date after the Launch Date has passed, contact Customer Support.
Click the Save button when you are done. You will be returned to the Setup Tasks.
