How to Manage Participants

The Manage Participants page within Manage Survey allows the administrator to view, edit, delete, add, resend invite, opt in or out, mark incentive received, view failed deliverability reasons, and view completion by date/time.

To access the Manage Participants feature, go to the Manage Survey tab. From there, click on the Manage Participants option under the Features heading.

 

 The headers are First, Last, Email, Response Date (CT), V = Email Verified, R = Responded, and O = Opt-Out. There will be a check in the columns if applicable. Enter the participant name in the Find box and then click Search. Then click the Manage button next to the name. 

You may edit the participant's name and email, resend invitation, delete participant, mark incentive received, re-open participant (if they completed the survey and want to go back through it), or opt them out of the survey so they are not emailed about it again.
