How to Choose a Random Participant

This document explains how to choose a random participant. Choose Random Participant allows the administrator to use our system to automatically choose a participant(s) to award incentives.

From the Manage Survey tab on the bottom left, under Features, click Choose Random Participant.

Use the drop-down to select from All Participants, Emailed, Verified, Responded, Not Completed or Opted Out. Enter the number of participants you wish to select. Choose the method of selection: Random or First to Respond and then click Select.



The system selects participants for you. Participants can be randomly generated any number of times.


To mark participants as incentive received, go to Manage Participants, click the Manage button next to the name and click the Incentive Received button.


This will put a gift icon next to the email address in Manage Participants.


You can use this process unlimited times. Please keep in mind subsequent use does not prevent the same participants from being chosen again.
