Choose a distribution method
You’ll need to select how you want to distribute your surveys. You can always change your method.
1) Direct Send from Benchworks
We’ll use our From Email address, wess@webebi.com, as the sender for your email invites. This is the easiest way to quickly launch your survey.
2) Impersonate Your Campus Email Address
We'll send invitations on your behalf from an From Email address you define when setting up your invitation email. For impersonating your email address to work, contact your IT department and give them the information found on the Email Deliverability help page. This method requires our SPF records be put on the email server by your IT.
3) Distribute Single Link Outside of Benchworks
In setup, you create a single link that you can send to your survey participants via campus email or other campus systems. With this option you’ll be responsible for distributing the single link to your survey participants. We will not email your participants.
